Refund policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Just Before Dawn Boutique. If something isn't quite right, we are happy to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in their original packaging. Please hold onto your receipt or proof of purchase as you will need it to process a return.

To get started, just send us an email at hello@justbeforedawnboutique.com and we will reply with instructions. Please do not send anything back before hearing from us, as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at hello@justbeforedawnboutique.com and we will make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once your return is approved. Reach out to us and we will walk you through it.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are handled on a case by case basis. If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the shipping. For other returns, we will discuss the best solution with you when you reach out.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund on their end.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not seen your refund, please contact us at hello@justbeforedawnboutique.com and we will look into it right away.
